1> Can I cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

2> I have not received my order confirmation?

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via our Contact Us page

3>How do I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  

4> My items arrived damaged?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our Contact Us page. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s..

5> I have received incorrect Items?

Please mail us or contact using form within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
